• VPS services, dedicated servers, game servers, add-ons, upgrades, and custom services are non-refundable once provisioned or activated.

Refund Process:

• Upon receipt of your eligible refund request, we will investigate the reported issue.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days if the issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider.

Exclusions:

• Refunds will be denied if the reason given is "I don't know how it works."
• Customers must request refunds directly through Ash Host support and may not initiate claims via services like PayPal without prior contact with our support team.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:

Customers must contact Ash Host support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated without prior communication:

• Services may be suspended pending investigation.

• Access to associated accounts may be restricted.

• Dispute fees and administrative costs may be added to the account.

Abuse of the chargeback system may result in permanent termination of services.
