By accessing this Website, accessible from ashhost.in, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. 2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on AshHost's Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Ash Host's Website;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

3. Disallowed usage

To protect our users and servers, you can't:

• Host any kind of pornography or illegal content on our servers;
• Mine cryptocurrency;
• Abuse our services; or
• Create alternative accounts to get more servers and resources;
• Send any network attacks that can harm infrastructure (example: DDoS, port scanning);

Ash Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately upon violation of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this agreement will cease immediately, and you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in printed or electronic form.

4. Fair Use Policy

4.1 Web Hosting (Standard, Deluxe)

If you are to exceed these limits we reserve the rights to suspend your account for the day - 2 days.

Repeated violations of fair usage limits may result in permanent suspension or termination of the service at Ash Host’s discretion.

4.2 Web Hosting (Premium)

If you are to exceed these limits we reserve the rights to suspend your account for the day - 2 days.

On the 3rd Suspension of your Service. It will not be unsuspended and your service will be cancelled.

4.3 Storage

On Ash Host's Web Hosting plans. You cannot host large files and/or illegal content on our services. This is meant to host blogs, websites and forms. Shared web hosting plans are intended for standard websites, blogs, and business applications only. File storage platforms, backup repositories, file-sharing services, or cloud storage applications are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend sites and accounts that exceed large sums of disk space.

5. VPS Hosting

VPS services are custom-provisioned digital infrastructure and are non-refundable once provisioned or deployed. Due to the immediate allocation of computing resources, IP addresses, and bandwidth, refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of usage, policy violations, service suspension, or bandwidth exhaustion.

• 1. Mining cryptocurrency on a VPS is not allowed.
• 2. Hosting or running any websites/programs that are prohibited by law, such as DDoS attacks, pornography, or copyrighted content, is prohibited.
• 3. Ash Host is not responsible for any data loss. The customer is responsible for proper backups.
• 4. Ash Host has a right to suspend a server, if there is any kind of illegal activities.
• 5. We do not allow our customers to send spam from their Ash Hosting servers.
• 6. Engaging in any illegal activity, such as hosting pornography or spamming, will result in termination without a refund.

5.1. Bandwidth Usage Policy – Singapore AMD EPYC VPS

1. Included Bandwidth
   Each Singapore AMD EPYC VPS plan includes a fixed monthly bandwidth allocation 30TB per billing cycle, as specified in the selected plan. The billing cycle is calculated on a monthly basis and resets automatically.

2. Hard Bandwidth Limit
   Once the allocated monthly bandwidth limit is reached, network access for the VPS will be automatically suspended or restricted for the remainder of the billing cycle.

3. No Automatic Overage Billing
   Ash Host does not automatically bill bandwidth overage charges for Singapore AMD EPYC VPS plans. Instead, service network access will remain restricted until:

   • The next billing cycle begins, OR

   • The customer purchases additional bandwidth.

4. Bandwidth Monitoring
   Customers are responsible for monitoring their bandwidth usage through the control panel or monitoring tools provided. Ash Host shall not be liable for interruptions caused by reaching the allocated bandwidth limit.

5. Network Protection & Fair Usage
   To maintain infrastructure stability, Ash Host reserves the right to limit, throttle, or suspend traffic that:

   • Causes network instability

   • Involves attack traffic (DDoS, abuse-related traffic)

   • Violates acceptable use policies

   • Poses risk to upstream infrastructure providers

6. Abuse-Triggered Suspension
   Traffic patterns associated with abuse, attacks, or illegal activity may result in immediate suspension regardless of remaining bandwidth allocation.

6. Infrastructure & Upstream Provider Policy

6.1 Third-Party Providers: VPS services on AshHost may rely on infrastructure and network services from third-party providers (including data centers and cloud companies). Customers agree that the terms and acceptable use policies of those providers form part of the service terms

6.2 Abuse & Compliance: Customer use must comply with all applicable laws, upstream provider abuse policies, and AshHost’s Terms. Customers must not perform activities that can harm infrastructure quality or reputation.

6.3 Policy Enforcement: AshHost reserves the right to enforce any upstream provider requirements, including suspension of services that violate those requirements.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through PayPal, a bank, or any payment processor, Ash Host reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated services pending investigation.

By initiating a chargeback without first contacting Ash Host to resolve the issue, the customer agrees that:

1. All active services may be suspended during the dispute process.

2. Access to servers, data, and accounts may be restricted.

3. Any outstanding balances, dispute fees, and administrative costs may be added to the customer’s account.

4. Services will not be restored until the dispute is fully resolved and any outstanding balances are cleared.

Ash Host reserves the right to provide evidence, usage logs, and service records to the payment processor to contest invalid or abusive disputes.

Abuse of the chargeback system may result in permanent termination of services and refusal of future service.

8. Subscriptions

Subscriptions at Ash Host are on a monthly term. If payment is not made by the due date, the service will be suspended for six days. During this grace period, you can settle the outstanding payment and reactivate your service.

If payment is not received within the 6-day grace period, your server will be terminated, and associated files will no longer be accessible or recoverable.

Ash Host shall not be responsible for data loss resulting from suspension or termination due to non-payment.

9. Disclaimer

All the materials on AshHost’s Website are provided "as is". AshHost makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, AshHost does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Website.

10. Limitations

AshHost or its suppliers shall not be held liable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on AshHost’s Website, even if AshHost or an authorize representative of this Website has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on AshHost’s Website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Ash Host will not promise that any of the materials in this Website are accurate, complete, or current. AshHost may change the materials contained on its Website at any time without notice.
